    HOW LONG DO THE NAILS STAY ON?

    -Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nail glue, for about 1-3 weeks, with nail tabs it can be anywhere from a few hours to a few days.

    HOW DO I KNOW THE SIZE I NEED?

    - Some set come in full (double sizes 0-9) suitable for those who don’t have they’re sizes. For nail designs that require sizes A sizing kit is available for purchase.

    WHAT IF THE NAILS I PURCHASED DONT FIT?

    -Due to handmade nature of my products I am not responsible if the wrong size was ordered.

    ARE YOUR NAILS STURDY?

    -Yes, I use builder gel on all nail tips for harder, stronger nails.

    WILL THE NAILS POP OFF, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    -I suggest you properly nail prep your nail beds ( all orders come with a mani kit, alcohol prep pad and glue) you are welcome to use a dehydrator and primer for better adhesion, those products are used by nail techs before using gel or acrylic.

    DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

    -I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL and you are agreeing to wait the time it takes for me to fulfill your order. As for REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES due to COVID and hygienic reasons I do not accept refunds or exchanges.

    MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED “DELIVERED “BY USPS BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE IT?

    -In rare cases this has happened when a mail carrier scans your package without delivery If this is the case I suggest waiting 3 business days, sometimes it arrives within this time, If package is still missing I recommend checking with neighbors before filing a (lost package) claim /NOTE: DDANDALINAILS is not responsible for any missing or lost packages,once it is shipped out it is no longer in my hands. All packages do carry $50-$100 insurance for your protection as well as mines, your tracking number will help usps try to relocate it or provide you with a refund for the lost package.
